About this property

Welcome to The Curtis Park Club

Located at 2500 Arapahoe Street in Denver’s RiNo district, this property occupies a quaint area known for its historic 19th-century houses and the nearby Black American West Museum. The neighborhood offers a blend of hip dining options and easy access to cultural attractions such as the Denver Art Museum and the Denver Botanic Gardens.

The Curtis Park Club presents a boutique-style atmosphere with chic, vintage-inspired rooms and suites. Guests appreciate the cozy lounges, garden, patio, and roof terrace, which provide relaxed communal spaces within the former bed and breakfast setting. While the property lacks traditional hotel amenities such as a restaurant, fitness center, or airport shuttle, it offers essentials like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and complimentary parking.

Check-in is handled via coded entry without a front desk, which some guests find convenient while others note the lack of in-person service. Rooms generally receive positive remarks for cleanliness, comfort, and features including fireplaces and modern conveniences like Netflix. However, minor maintenance issues have been mentioned, so expectations should be moderated accordingly.

Visitors favor this location for its proximity to downtown Denver, LoDo’s nightlife, and local shops, making it suitable for travelers seeking a quiet yet accessible base. The property’s nature and service style may appeal more to independent guests who value privacy and a homelike environment rather than those expecting full-service hotel experiences.

This place is perfect if you need to stay for a short period of time. I stayed in the enchanted escape. The room wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either, could use some updates. Overall I would say that my stay was good and the room was clean, AC worked, shower was fine, etc.

We had an AMAZING time here. The property has lots of old charm with plenty of modernizations. Our room was a lot bigger than we expected. There were far more amenities than we expected too. They keep a variety of complimentary wine, beer, tea, coffee, and snacks in the common area. Free use of the bikes in the garage. Free use of the instant picture cameras. I was blown away. There's no front desk or reception area, and we never saw an employee except the cleaning lady for our entire trip. It was actually refreshing. It sort of just felt like we were home already. It pains me to take a star away, but I had to for the bed. The mattress was horrible. Old, hard, noisy, and caved in so you're always rolling to the middle. I wouldn't have been able to sleep on it another night. I was almost ready to forgive it because of how great the rest of the place was, but I would have rather had a good bed than several of the other nice-to-have amenities.

I have stayed at The Curtis Park Club twice and have loved both stays! The rooms are clean and have everything you need... including a fireplace! I don't want to write a review because I don't want everyone booking the rooms... alas, they deserve it. Location is great. Snacks in the morning are great. Furnishings are great. I will stay here again.

If you’re staying in Denver and want a comfy, cozy, affordable room, look no further than the Curtis Park Club. To start with, the location is amazing. In the hip RiNo district, you are close to great restaurants, breweries, wineries, and shops. Its location in the Western edge of the district is also convenient for getting to LoDo and its restaurants and nightlife, Coors Field, and Ball Arena. The check in and check out process were a breeze. The room itself was amazing. Cozy and warm with a gas fireplace and spacious bathroom, I couldn’t have asked for anything more on a snowy winter night. Finally the staff were incredibly helpful (especially when I misread the check out and was not ready to go on time). I would 100% staying here on your next visit to Denver. P.S. Walk over a few streets to the Curtis Park Deli for the best sandwiches you’ll ever have.

Booked this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised the room is so cute and extremely spacious. Loved the fireplace worked remotely right in front of it. The instructions were really easy to follow and the location was close to everything we wanted. We will definitely be staying here again

Great price, great area, great rooms. Had a wonderful time here. Parking can be a bit difficult at times as it is mostly just street parking, that small issue aside I highly recommend this BnB. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, heaters, a nice, clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the overall room had a very comfortable feel to it. Also the TV had Netflix which is insane and a huge plus! There was no traditional check in, it was all coded doors and gates so that was also nice and easy. Easy 5 stars, I recommend it.

I recently stayed at The Curtis Park Club for a weekend getaway. It’s a cute, boutique-style hotel with a lot of charm, especially if you like a cozy, vintage feel. Room & Comfort: The room was clean and well-decorated, with a unique rustic vibe. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh. However, there were a few small maintenance issues like a leaky faucet and a slightly noisy air conditioner that made the stay a little less relaxing. Location: The location is definitely a highlight — it’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to local cafes and just a short drive from downtown Denver. Perfect if you like exploring walkable areas. Service & Experience: There’s no front desk, which makes check-in feel a bit impersonal. Everything is done via text or email, which is convenient but not ideal if you prefer face-to-face service. Staff was responsive, but only virtually. Value for Money: For the price, I was expecting a bit more in terms of amenities. There’s no daily cleaning, no breakfast, and limited hotel-like services. It feels more like an upscale Airbnb than a traditional hotel.

This is a former bed and breakfast with no breakfast or staff on site. It's a lovely old place. Multiple rooms and 2 large common spaces so if you had a large group would be perfect to hang out.
